Our staff profiles are provided as an introduction to some of the key people you may be dealing with at Constable Connor.
Peter Connor
Peter Connor was admitted to practice on 1 March 1977 and practised in Melbourne in the areas of wills, probate and related litigation matters. In the middle to late 1990’s, Peter became interested in workcover and personal injury matters, and established practices in Wangaratta and Wodonga in north east Victoria.
Peter is experienced in most types of personal injury litigation, but prefers to practise in workcover and TAC matters. He has retained his interest and enthusiasm for wills and probate litigation.
Tim Hewison
Tim Hewison is a very experienced solicitor in litigation and business law having practised in Melbourne and overseas.
During his legal career Tim has established or acquired a number of businesses, served as a Director in many private companies and several listed public companies and between 1970 and 1980 travelled extensively in Europe on behalf of the Commonwealth, Victorian and New South Wales Governments.
Tim’s expertise lies in the areas of business law, contracts, property, personal injury litigation and wills.
Grahame Ingleton
Grahame graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Arts (History) Bachelor of Laws in 2003 and with a Post Graduate Degree – Practical Legal Training in 2004. Grahame has previously practised in New South Wales in all aspects of the practice from administration and accounting to representing clients in court for a variety of matters. He was primarily involved in litigation and family law matters.
At Constable Connor Solicitors Grahame practises in the areas of Victorian workcover and TAC and brings to the firm his youthfulness and enthusiasm and his ability to readily assimilate new knowledge and apply it correctly.
Konny Knihinizkij
Konny Knihinizkij was born in Germany. After completing her general education, Konny attended the Schulz-Delitzsch Business College where she obtained a certificate as a Legal and Notary Assistant.
On 1 October 1993 Konny joined Constable Connor and continued her legal training as a conveyancing clerk taking responsibility for conveyancing in the practice from August 1995.
Konny is well regarded within the firm by the solicitors and her colleagues. She is well-known for her efficiency in every task she undertakes. Konny is an excellent communicator and works well as part of our team here at Constable Connor. She is highly regarded by her clients, who appreciate that she can be trusted to handle their matters with confidentiality, expertise and courtesy.
Rosemary Bell
Rosemary Bell is our managing law clerk for personal injury matters and Constable Connor’s office manager. Rosemary joined us in 1993.
Rosemary is a delight to our clients with her outgoing and friendly personality assisting them with arranging appointments with barristers and medical specialists, lodging forms and claims, communicating with insurers and employers and generally providing care and support.
Rosemary’s expertise is in team leadership and quality work practices and she is dedicated to the firm and its clients.
